Caught having an illegal weapon can get you killed if you don't give it to the military. Civilians need to report any crimes (If you get shot or attacked).Īs a Civilian certain weapons are not allowed. Civilians cannot KOS ANYONE, they can only use self defense. Civilians cannot Have Police Equipment or Military Gear. You can also be subject to KOS (Kill on sight) by a police officer if you shoot another civilian or officer. When this happens they will tell you to lay down, If you do not listen to the military you can get shot. Walking around carrying an illegal weapon (see illegal weapons below).
You must give them an item of whatever category they ask for, then they will let you go. The person mugging you will ask for Items of a specific Category (Weapons, Rations, Medical Supplies). However IF you lay down you are surrendering and are not allowed to run or fight until the robbery is over. At this point you can use your right to defend yourself. If you hear someone say "LAY DOWN" This means you are being robbed/mugged. Therefore you are at the mercy of the terrorists and the military.
As a civilian you don't know who to trust, but you also lack in strength and intelligence of this apocalypse.
